This store is amazing! I've never visited a store where the staff is genuinely helpful and interested in making sure you have the correct part. Jeff Fuchs went over and above to verify that the part I was getting was correct. He took all the guess work out and removed all doubt on my purchase. I am so very thankful for Jeff and due to his help, I will gladly recommend him and Reliable Parts to all my friends and family!

I went in here today and spoke with Joyce who was an amazing customer service rep. I have a part on my washer that has been going out once a year for the past 3 years. I started buying OEM because it seems to last a little longer than the cheap chinese Amazon part. Anyhow all that aside I came in and asked Joyce if she could look up the part my wife had purchased at this location last May as I didn't have the part number with me. She promptly did so and notified me that it was still under warranty. The new part was actually less expensive than it was when I bought it a year ago (who would have thought?) so I ended up getting refunded $25. Long story short I felt Joyce went above and beyond when I expected to pay full price for a replacement and wouldn't have even bothered checking warranties.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Jeff worked with me to get all the parts I needed to do a DIY repair on my dryer.
