Very thankful that they had the part I needed in stock. Service was fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable. A valuable resource for DIY work, even though most of their customers might be pros.

These people are incredible. I haven’t been able to do laundry all week. A repairman came out today and misdiagnosed the problem. My husband figured out we needed a couple of parts around $50. I called them a half hour before they closed…the call center was amazing, and even more amazing the lady at the local location, Elizabeth, stayed a little after they closed for me so I could get these parts. This means so much to me as a mom to be able to catch up and do all the laundry this weekend that has piled up this week as we have been waiting on the repairman! Thank you Elizabeth and everybody at Reliable Parts!!! Maybe even more notable is that I had called every other appliance parts place in Indy and they were the ONLY one who had these two parts. They were for a speed queen washer. So, if anybody has the part you’re looking for, this place will have it!!!

This place had the part in stock that we needed to fix our refrigerator - saved us some serious money by being able to get the part ourselves locally from Reliable Parts and do the repair ourselves! Also looks like they had a lot of Weber grill accessories as well, will keep them in mind in the future for that in addition to my appliance part needs.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They had a furnace part in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. Will definitely look here first when I need hardware.
