GO HERE FIRST! After several trips to the competition, wrong parts and failed attempts at fixing my issue. I called this AMAZING company. Their staff was EXTREMELY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and actually CARE. Even though they took the time to EXPLAIN techniques, and possible pitfalls of the process, I was in-and-out in MINUTES with THE RIGHT PART. The first time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A+ experience. S-TIER staff. You just gained a new customer today! I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH! Don't waste your time going to other places where they just want to sell you the wrong thing and rush you out the door... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

They saved Christmas! Albert Lee referred me to Reliable Parts so I could get a fridge control panel for my parents in Idaho that was going to take 10 days for Amazon to send.

They're always friendly and helpful. I work on appliances, and it's nice to get your parts from service people that know there stuff.

My washing machine was throwing a code right after it filled up with water (super annoying!), and would not go any further. After a little research online, I knew which part I needed. It was available on Amazon (which is where I was going to buy it) and several online stores. I decided to look locally and found Reliable Parts. I called, it rang once and a guy picked up. I asked if he had the certain part number in stock, and he said he had 32 units there. I drove down there, got the part, and was back to washing clothes within an hour. It was only $6 more then Amazon AND the part was a 'Certified Whirlpool Part'. The Amazon unit did not say anything about that, so I assume that it wasn't. In fact, a lot of the online parts didn't say anything about that, and the ones that did were the same price as Reliable Parts. Two thumbs from me!
